    Our student model provided the foundation for the success of the wider group, both across the UK and internationally. Our focus from the beginning, as recent graduates at the time, was to deliver a product and experience to our tenants that was synonymous with quality and value. We echo this in each touch point that a tenants has with us from their online search, through letting and living in one of our properties everybody in our team understands the importance of a tenants first approach to customer service, which is why, we believe, we have been 100% occupied since day one.

    Our portfolio of HMO student accommodation assets in Exeter, Manchester, Leeds and Nottingham are all within close proximity of the universities and provides groups of students the ability to live together in shared accommodation which we try to make as homely as possible for the duration of the stay.

From bespoke bedroom furniture to granite kitchen tops we look to make every moment in our accommodation live up to our tenant’s high standards. Equally, we understand that students want to live in and around their ecosystem which is why we never compromise on location, carefully consider each and every purchase we make to ensure that demand.

    Our PBSA assets in Bristol, Exeter, Manchester and Leeds are tailored to students who value privacy but still enjoy interacting with other students living in a wider community. These assets provide both studios as well as cluster flats – making the
    decision whether to live alone or with friends in purpose-built accommodation an easy one for our students.

    European Residential

    Almero is investing in Europe’s residential market which is underpinned by the commercial success of gateway cities which includes Dublin, Berlin, Frankfurt and Amsterdam. This success of these cities is complemented by a diverse and culturally appealing educational and lifestyle offering. Western Europe is benefitting from flourishing economies with record-high employment, extremely low interest rates and buoyant export dynamics with main growth drivers being business services, media and the financial and technology sectors. Strong population and employment growth has stimulated housing demand. Low interest rates, healthy income growth and relatively low prices per sqm at the beginning of the current cycle have propped up demand for residential housing as well. Limited construction activity has led to a significant shortage of residential units. Almero, with its student, PRS and co-living offering is capitalising on these factors to invest in these gateway cities to expand its current offering of delivering bespoke accommodation to young professionals.


    Almero Construction is the development arm of the Almero Holdings group, delivering consistent support across all facets of the development cycle in each of the real estate asset classes the group operates in including student, co-living and commercial.

    Almero construction provides an end-to-end property development service for the investment arm, from scoping and underwriting development opportunities to managing tender processes. Almero Construction also provides support in all contract life functions, including sourcing materials and managing contractors to ensure quality and consistency across all projects.

    Fluid communication with management and a systematic approach to each component of the value chain allow Almero Construction to ensure the all sites are delivered on time and that the portfolio operates in a good state of repair throughout the year.
